We will, of course, give you a full condition report on the item including a scan. Please bear in mind that our stock is accessible only on the following Saturday. It will then take a finite time retrieve the item, scan it and write the (very full) condition report (a total of about 20 minutes per item). For that reason we have to ask that you limit the number of objects requested.
We find that most small articles can be scanned directly quite easily and with excellent results. Please let us know if your mailer is not able to decode JPEG and GIF files. (We shall assume that it is MIME compliant unless otherwise informed.)
Note: Our mailing list is securely held in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and used only by ourselves.
